Henry Dony Associates have been in business for over 25 years, helping our clients deal with all types of Insurance claim. We have experience of many types of claim, both domestic and commercial, that we can bring to bear on your Insurance claim. Our principal, Henry Dony, is a Fellow of the Institute of Public Loss Assessors.
We care
We adopt a very caring and personal approach to all of our claims. In the case of a domestic claim, where the policyholders are required to vacate their home we often advise, if appropriate, that they consider extending or altering their home as part of the refurbishment process.
Avoid being financially disadvantaged
For many claimants cash flow can be a problem. Most people don’t realise that Insurers will advance them interim payments to ease their burden – but requests for such payments need to be made carefully. We always try and orchestrate the claim in such a way that the claimant is not financially disadvantaged, either during its progress or at the end.

Because we have dealt with a large number and a huge variety of claims we are able quickly to identify what are the most important aspects to the client in any given situation. We act in much the same way as a Conductor of an orchestra. At any one time, we know who is supposed to be where and doing what, and when people need to be chased, we do so effectively.
